INTERNATIONALLY
Payment Method: Online Payment
We deliver internationally with different courier companies using different rates according to weight and destination.
All prices and delivery time are automatically calculated through the checkout process.
LOCALLY
All prices for local deliveries are also automatically calculated through the checkout process depending on your location address. However, here is a general explanation below with two available payment methods.
Payment Method: Cash on delivery
If you live in the West Bank, Palestine including Jerusalem or within the 48 areas (e.g. Haifa and Nazareth) we can deliver to you the item/s and payment is cash on delivery. If you much rather choose this payment method, please place your order through the checkout process and select the cash on delivery option. After we will get back to you shortly for confirmation and process the delivery.
If you reside in the West Bank, Palestine including Jerusalem we offer free delivery of product/s total priced $100 or more in 2 to 3 days delivery time. 40 Shekels of (product/s value $100 or more) for cities within the 48 areas (e.g. Haifa and Nazareth) in 3 to 6 days delivery time.
Product/s value less than $100, delivery is 20 Shekels for Palestinian cities in the West Bank and 30 Shekels for Jerusalem in 2 to 3 days delivery time. 70 Shekels for cities within the 48 areas in 3 to 6 days delivery time.
Payment Method: Online Payment
For local shoppers we prefer that you choose the Cash on Delivery method for different reasons, however we provide you as well an online payment method, and if you prefer so (wherever you are) you can select any available Online Payment method, and we'll automatically proceed the delivery with the same time frame mentioned above (2 to 3 days) for cities in the West Bank and Jerusalem, and (3 to 6 days) for cities within the 48 areas.

REFUNDS
Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund or an exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy.
RETURNS
All returns must be postmarked within seven (7) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.
RETURN PROCESS
To return an item, please email customer service at hello@simas.shop to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving a RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging, and mail your return to the following address:

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.
REFUNDS
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least thirteen (30) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
EXCEPTIONS
For defective or damaged products, please contact us at the customer service number below to arrange a refund or exchange. Please note that we document each product with photos prior shipment/s as a proof of the item/s condition.
